I’ve been provided a special group promo code to help guests receive exclusive discounted rates. In order for the wedding to take place as planned, 80% of guests are required to stay at the resort, and all reservations must be tracked within the couple’s official wedding travel group. Booking through me ensures your reservation is properly documented. Travel packages can include your all-inclusive resort accommodations, round-trip transportation to and from the resort, and airfare, if you’d like to bundle everything together for a seamless experience. Preferred arrival date - Thurs. January 28, 2027 Latest recommended arrival date - Saturday, January 30, 2027 Travel FAQ Do I have to book through Claire? Yes. To receive the group rate and to count toward the wedding travel requirement, all guests staying at the resort must book through the official group managed by Claire. What does the $100 deposit cover? The $100 deposit is per room and secures your reservation. The remaining balance will be due closer to travel, and payment plans are available. What is included in the travel package? All packages include all-inclusive accommodations at the resort, meals, drinks, resort amenities, and round-trip transportation between the airport and resort. Can I book airfare separately? Yes. You may choose to include airfare in your package or book flights on your own. What airport will we fly into? Guests will fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN).
