Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM Sharp. Please be sure to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior. After all of our hard work and planning, we don't want to have to wait another minute to start celebrating!

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

What is a wedding without an open bar?! We hope you're ready to party! Don't forget to bring a few extra dollars for our amazing bartenders.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, your invite will be addressed to you "& Guest." Thank you for understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

At this time, we are not able to accommodate children outside of those in the wedding party. While we love all of your little ones, we encourage you to use this evening as a "date night" and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time. We hope everyone will be able to relax and enjoy a great night kid free!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting formal/cocktail attire. No jeans please!

Can I wear white, ivory, or cream color attire?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors reserved for the bride. If you choose to wear white, please know that the maid of honor is a red wine drinker :)

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do." Our officiant will give everyone an opportunity to take some photos as we begin, but we kindly ask that you respect the time given, and put all devices away once that time is up. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

Answer

Yes there is! Please see the travel section for more details!

IS THERE A SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE HAMILTON MANOR TO THE HOTEL, OR WILL I NEED AN UBER?

Answer

The shuttle will leave the main hotel at 4:30 and 5:00 PM! If you do not make it on time for the shuttle, the venue is a short uber ride away!

IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes! The Hamilton Manor offers a large parking lot on either side of the venue. However, please do not leave your cars overnight as the Hamilton Manor does not allow for overnight parking.
