Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for everyone to dress to impress in moody jewel tones! We're envisioning cocktail attire with a sophisticated twist. Think deep emeralds, sapphires, burgundies, and amethysts. Cocktail suits or slacks with dress shirts are perfect. Long cocktail dresses are especially encouraged, but refined cocktail attire in these rich hues will shine just as bright. Let's get dressed up and celebrate in style! Edit: Black is welcome but please refrain from wearing white. Thank you!

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes, our ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. We recommend bringing a light shawl or wrap in case of cooler temperatures. Following the ceremony, all other wedding events will take place indoors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with you! Doors to the ceremony will close at 3:55 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM, so please arrive with plenty of time to settle in and share this special moment with us.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love and cherish all of your little ones, we're requesting that our wedding be an adults-only event. We would be delighted to celebrate with you and look forward to a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. Exceptions will be communicated directly.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the venue's capacity and our desire to keep our wedding intimate, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you have been offered a plus one, you are welcome to bring your guest. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

No need to worry about parking—there will be plenty of spaces available near the venue for your convenience!

Currently we are registered through Zola and Amazon.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Your comfort is important to us! If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible. Our chef is happy to accommodate with proper notice, though unfortunately, we won’t be able to honor special requests beyond these considerations.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you would like to book a room, we recommend the Embassy Suites on Harrison Oaks Blvd. As alternatives, TownePlace on Sage Commons Way, FourPoints by Sheraton on Claren Circle, or the Holiday Inn on Airport Blvd.
