- We will plan to be in the park between 8:30am and 9am that morning. We will plan to meet all who would like to join us at the entrance to the World Showcase. - Dining Reservations are available starting at 6am ET 60 days prior to your resort reservation. Bri can give recommendations if requested. - There are ways for you to get “fast passes” for certain rides. We highly recommend you watch a YouTube video on Genie+ and Lightning Lanes if you plan to utilize them. - On Monday, we will join what is called the “virtual queue” for Guardians of the Galaxy (family-friendly roller coaster). To get in the virtual queue, you must login to you MDE app on the day of, a bit before 7am. Find the page for the virtual queues and hit refresh until the queue opens. From there, you are assigned a “group” and time to show up. If you don’t get into the virtual queue, there is another chance at 1pm while in the park, or you can buy an ILL pass.
NOTE FOR PARK DAY & TRIP PLANNING: Monday 1/16 is a school holiday, so we encourage you to purchase your ticket(s) and get reservation(s) ASAP. Once the park runs out of reservations, they typically don’t release more. You can purchase theme park tickets through Disney phone agents by calling (407) 827-6799, or via the Disney website (or your My Disney Experience app. Before purchasing theme park tickets please consult the theme park availability calendar. Theme park reservations are limited and required to enter a park. Disney encourages guests to make theme park reservations as early as possible for a seamless visit. NOTE: Both a valid ticket AND a theme park reservation are required to enter a park!
If you plan to take part in staying in a hotel on property, visiting the Disney parks, or getting onsite dining reservations, it is highly recommended that you download the MyDisneyExperience app on your phone. Once you download the MyDisneyExperience mobile app, you can link your plans and park information (hotel reservations, tickets, etc), prior to your arrival. Please make sure when linking your Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience Account, you also create park reservations for the days you would like to visit. Guests will need a valid theme park admission AND a park reservation to enter the Theme Parks.
If you are planning to extend your time on Disney property past our wedding day, we suggest you to make dining reservations for any formal dining experience within Disney or Disney Springs. Dining reservations open at 6am EST 60 days prior to your resort check-in date, and go very quickly! There are a couple self-proclaimed Disney Experts in this group (including Bri) that are willing to make recommendations as requested!
