What is transportation like?

Answer

Naples is easliy walkable and has a central metro center to get to nearby towns and tourist destinations. The Island of Ichia has a bus with routes around the whole island, and it only takes about 30-40 minutes to go around the whole thing! You can download the "Moovit" app to buy bus fares and see route times.

How do I get to the Island of Ischia?

Answer

There is a ferry/hydrofoil that runs multiple times a day between Naples and Ischia. We will be taking the 12:55pm hydrofoil on Wednesday Oct 22nd.

What is the plan for Naples?

Answer

Lucy and Jake arrive Sunday. Tuesday is a morning trip to Pompeii and an afternoon wine tasting on Mt. Vesuvius!
