What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love for everyone to dress in formal attire. Dresses, dress shirts, and suits are all welcome, just come ready to celebrate and you’ll be dressed perfectly!

Is this an Indoor or Outdoor Event?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held indoors at the Cathedral of Saint Andrews. Our cocktail hour and reception will be held at Venue Bella Giornata. The cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! While we wish we could include everyone, our celebration will be adults-only with the exception of children in our bridal party. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Will Transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be offered to take guests from the Embassy Suites Hotel to the Venue between 4:30pm - 5:30pm. We will also be providing a shuttle to take guests back to the hotel between 10:00 - 11:30pm. If you do not want to take the shuttle, there is ample parking at the venue. You are allowed to leave your car overnight at the venue, but it must be picked up by 11am on Sunday.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive 20-30 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure everyone is seated in time. Our ceremony will be held in the heart of Downtown Grand Rapids. Depending on where you are coming from, there could be a few extra minutes of traffic on a Saturday afternoon.

How Do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our website (once available) and fill out the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than July 1st, 2026. We look forward to celebrating with you!
