There is a STRICT no smoking policy inside of our venue! There is an allocated spot outside for smoking.
Please RSVP by March 1, 2026. Due to venue and catering requirements anyone who has not responded by this date will unfortunately not be able to attend.
If your parter/friend is named on your invitation and your online RSVP, Yes! If you do not see them explicitly named we appreciate your understanding of our venues capacity restrictions and will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. We would love to keep this night as an intimate event with family and close friends.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at Bella Grove wedding venue in Luther, OK.
Yes! There is a paved parking lot at our venue with a pre- ceremony golf cart shuttle from the parking lot to the venue.

While we love your little ones, we are asking for this night to be child free. Please take this night as an opportunity to enjoy a night out with your partner. Thank you for understanding and making babysitting arrangements.
Please arrive in your best formal/ black tie optional attire. Please avoid jeans, denim, and all shades of white. Examples of what to wear: floor length dresses, midi dresses, jumpsuits, dark suit, jacket & tie dress pants.
We are having an unplugged ceremony (No phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us. However, feel free to take as many photos as you please after the ceremony. We ask that you respect our request of not posting any photos until the bride and groom get to! We hope everyone will be present and too busy dancing the night away to post anything!
