How early can I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We kindly ask guest's to arrive no earlier than 2:15pm. After 2:30 preferred

Will there be a coat check available?

Answer

Yes! We highly encourage guest's to check coats prior to the ceremony starting at 3:00pm

Will there be transportation provided to and from the hotel's to the venue?

Answer

Yes, a shuttle bus has been reserved for transportation to and from the hotels we have room blocks with. Pick up times currently TBD.

Is everything at the same location?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be located on the main level at The Wexford. Cocktail hour will be held down on the lower level. Golf simulators have been reserved for cocktail hour.

Is there parking at The Wexford?

Answer

Yes! There will be plenty of parking spaces at the venue. Vehicles are allowed to be left over night, provided they are picked up by 10:00am the following morning.

As much as we love your little one's, we've decided to keep our wedding and reception adults only.

What's on the menu?

Answer

Dinner will be served buffet style so everyone can try as little or as much as they'd like! It will include the follow choices: -Champagne Chicken Breast -Pot Roast with Gravy -Mashed Potatoes -Teriyaki Green Beans -Vegetable Penne Alfredo (Vegetarian option) -Salad -Bread & Butter Dessert: Cupcakes
