For your convenience, we’re reserving a block of rooms at SpringHill Suites Charlotte Huntersville. The hotel is ideally located just 5 miles from our venue and 18 miles from the airport. We’re also in the process of arranging shuttle services between the hotel and the venue on the wedding day. Start Date: Thursday, August 21, 2025 End Date: Sunday, August 24, 2025 Kindly note that to take advantage of our group rate, you must stay for the full duration of our wedding weekend. If you do not plan to stay from Thursday to Sunday, you are welcome to book directly through the website at the standard rate. Flight
For our out-of-town guests flying in, Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the closest and most convenient option. Located just 19 miles from our wedding venue and nearby accommodations, CLT offers a wide range of direct flights and easy access to the city. Once you arrive, you’ll find plenty of transportation options, including rental cars, rideshares like Uber and Lyft, and taxis. We recommend booking your travel early to get the best rates.
