The Buhrfiends absolutely love Gibsons — we even rang in 2026 there with steaks, and lots of Diet Coke (well, Coke for Mike!). It’s a classic Chicago steakhouse with incredible seafood, great cocktails, and good vibes. And whatever you do, don’t skip the Chocolate Mousse Pie. It’s amazing.
