Built in the 1800s and one of the oldest city markets in the country. A great place to pick up souvenirs or a traditional sweet grass basket.

One of the most instagrammable restaurants on King Street with good food and a great raw bar.

If you're in Mount Pleasant, a stop by Shem Creek is a must! Grab a drink at Water's Edge or Red's and keep your eyes peeled for dolphins swimming through the creek.

If you need some exercise, it's 5 miles across the bridge and back, and the views are worth the walk, or skip the bridge and take a walk down the pier in the waterfront park for a beautiful view of the harbor and the peninsula.

It might not be beach weather, but Sullivan's Island is still worth a visit. Bundle up and take a walk on the beach or grab a burger at Poe's or a Game Changer at Home Team.
