Question

When should I arrive in town?

Answer

You are welcome to arrive in town whenever is convenient for your schedule. We will be hosting a small Welcome Reception at Blue Pointe Bar & Grill on Saturday night for our out of town friends and family. We suggest arriving any time before 6pm if you would like to be in attendance.

Where is the reception?

Our reception will be at The Pelican Club in Jupiter. Please see the “Travel” page for recommended accommodations close to our venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While we will be primarily indoors, it is still summer in Florida! Please be mindful of the heat when choosing attire. Our dress code is Summer Formal. We suggest lightweight, breathable fabrics such as chiffon, silk, satin, cotton, or linen. If you would like to match our color palette, we recommend shades of blue with gold accents. Please refrain from wearing white or majority white clothing, including patterns that are majority white. Since we will be primarily indoors and on hard surfaces, you are welcome to wear any style of heel you would like but please keep comfort in mind! We will be outside for cocktail hour. For the men, we ask that you wear a sports jacket or suit with a tie or bow tie. Please refrain from wearing short sleeve shirts, shorts, jeans, or flip flops/sandals.

Gifts are never expected but always appreciated! We are registered right here on Zola.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at both venues. Parking for the ceremony will be self parking and there will be a valet available at the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many wonderful options for accommodations in Jupiter, Hobe Sound, and Stuart including the Grand Wyndham, Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa, and the Best Western Intracoastal Inn. There are also many options available on AirBNB and VRBO.

Can I bring a date?

We are only able to accommodate those included on the invitiation due to venue restrictions.
