Question

What COVID-19 safety protocols will be in place?

Answer

Our wedding will be held in compliance with all state and local safety guidelines, including event size and location indoors/outdoors. To ensure the safety of our loved ones, we kindly request that you only attend if you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Please keep in mind we are sharing this special day with loved ones who may be high-risk.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids, but our celebration will be adults only. If you need a babysitter in the area, we've got plenty of recommendations!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and our venue will be able to accommodate them.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black tie optional. Jackets are required for gentlemen. Jeans, sneakers, and t-shirts are not permitted at Hamilton Farm Golf Club.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Your booking at the Marriott includes a seat on the shuttle to and from the venue, so please use our link to make a reservation. As Ubers and taxis will be hard to come by, we recommend taking the shuttle. Kindly refer to the 'travel' tab for information on shuttle timing.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, Hamilton Farm offers complimentary valet parking! If you're planning to enjoy a few of our signature cocktails, we kindly ask that you take the shuttle instead of driving.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
