A dating app of course! From Bakersfield to Jackson, 4 hours apart and brought together by little things that simply fell into place that day. His rig broke down, and I had called in sick to work. We went out to lunch, talked, laughed, told our stories and became friends first. After dating for...not too long...we were official by August 23rd. and never wanted to be apart. He would drive from Bakersfield just to spend a few hours to turn around and go back for work. He went many nights on little sleep and showed me that his time and devotion to us was unmatched to anything I had ever imagined. We both knew, shortly after that first day we met, that we were meant to be husband and wife.

Blue Bayou, Disneyland. Our first day there and he popped the question. The most beautiful restaurant with the most delicious food, that I could barely eat after he asked, ha! It was the most romantic and special weekend for both of us. The only way I can describe it was like floating on air ...
