Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

By January 3, please! Use the RSVP tab above.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please click the Travel + Hotel tab above to see details for our preferred hotels. Note, you can access a discounted group rate at two hotels through Jan. 5!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Respectfully, adults only, please! We love your kiddos, but thought you might like a night or two away. The only children in attendance are those in the bridal party and infants under 12 months. If anyone needs help with making arrangements for child care, please let us know, as we have a few local babysitters on standby in the area.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire; suits and party dresses welcome.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving at 4:00pm so you can comfortably park (if necessary), find your seat and settle in.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you're staying at our reserved room blocks at Courtyard Marriott or Fairfield Inn (see Travel tab above for more details), there's complimentary transportation to our venue, Casa Marina.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! There is a place to do this when you RSVP through this website (see the RSVP tab above). Our venue can accommodate dietary restrictions with advanced notice.

Question

What's the bar situation?

Answer

We'll provide an open bar with beer, wine and liquor. We only ask that you please tip your bartender!

Question

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outside in Casa Marina’s courtyard, while dinner will be inside. We’ll return outside for dancing! Thankfully, we can expect Jacksonville to be a sunny 66-70 degrees before the sunset. Casa Marina had plenty of heaters that will be placed outside to help keep warm in the evening!
