You have the questions and we have the answers!
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your kids, we ask that you please use this evening as a date night opportunity.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless the invitation states an included "guest," please refrain and bring yourself.

Question

Is any part of the wedding outside?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors in a shaded area. If there is any change to the weather, the ceremony will be moved to the reception venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding is "dressy casual." Ladies should wear a below-the-knee dress or a dressy skirt and top. An elegant pantsuit is also appropriate. Men should wear a dress shirt and slacks with the option to wear a tie.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that you please RSVP by July 1, 2023. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you are unavailable to attend.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 3 p.m.

Question

What happens after the wedding?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and families will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception hall where we will be serving appetizers and beverages.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Unfortunately, many of the hotels in Mifflin County are booked due to a firemen's convention happening in Lewistown. I recommend researching hotels in Mifflintown or State College, or the local Airbnb rentals. https://www.airbnb.com/
