Welcome Party - Cocktail Attire Ceremony & Reception - Formal Attire We’d love to see our guests dressed up for our special day. Suits and ties for gentlemen, and mid‑to long‑length dresses for ladies. Florals, fun patterns, and bright colors are encouraged!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors overlooking the Chester River. The reception area will be tented. Guests will walk through grassy areas, so comfortable footwear is recommended.
Shuttle service will be provided to and from Clovelly for all guests staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites hotel block as well as those in downtown Airbnb/Vrbo accommodations. Shuttle details, including pick‑up and drop‑off times, will be shared as the wedding approaches, so please check back on the Travel tab for updates.
Yes, there is ample parking available for guests who choose to drive, and you will be directed where to park upon arrival. However, we encourage guests to use the shuttle service for convenience and ease.
Uber and Lyft operate in the area, but availability is limited. We recommend planning ahead and scheduling your ride in advance if you choose to use a rideshare. We’re happy to accommodate you. Please include any allergies or dietary needs when you RSVP so our caterer can prepare your meal safely and thoughtfully. If you’re unable to enjoy the entrées we’ve selected, our planner will reach out with our caterer’s menu. You’ll be able to choose an alternative option that works best for you.
To ensure we can accommodate all our closest people, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included.
This will be an "unplugged" ceremony. We have great photographers that will be capturing every moment, so we'd love if your phones remain off and away during the ceremony. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by August 3 on our RSVP page so we can include you in our final counts for catering, rentals, and seating. If we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we’ll assume you’re unable to attend.
