Dylan and Brielle went to South Paulding High School together. They had many mutual friends but only crossed paths occasionally. They didn't meet again until 2013 when Brielle had a birthday party and Dylan showed up (uninvited) with some friends. He impressed Brielle by guarding her TV when some friends were getting a little rowdy and wrestling. A few months went by and the pair started seeing each other more and began dating in August. As many of you have probably heard Brielle say, Dylan never officially asked her to be his girlfriend but she stuck around anyway. In 2016 they bought their first home and in 2018 they had their beautiful daughter, Fiona.
After 7.5 years of dating, Dylan finally popped the question. They were on their way home from a snowboarding trip to Sugar Mountain when they decided to stop near the Nantahala River to stretch their legs. Dylan was acting very weird and Brielle suspected something was up. He kept saying that he loved her and got down on one knee on the pebbled shore and asked her to marry him. She said yes (duh, why else would you be on this website). Luckily, Kayla was there ready to snap a few pictures even though she had no idea when this was happening.
Brielle: "We were in line at Old Navy and we were in deep conversation (I dont even remember about what). We were so focused on each other it was like time nor anyone else existed. We realized we had been holding up the line when someone behind us told us the cashier had been calling us to the register." Dylan: "I knew pretty much right away. The way she made me feel one night when we went and got frozen yogurt was amazing. I knew she was special that night. Every night we spent together after that was perfect! Then we had a date at a Mexican restaurant and that was what made me totally fall in love. I had the best time and she was so happy that day, all I could do was smile and feel amazing. We had a blast and we started spending most all of our time together after that night, from then on I've never been happier."
