Are kids allowed?

Answer

Kids under 12 are not allowed. It’s not that we don’t want them there, it’s that we can simply not afford it. If we have spoken to you privately about your kids attending, that is different and more so towards family that’s traveling out of state.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony is at five o’clock, so arrive an hour before.

What should I wear?

Answer

Black tie optional (encouraged) For women, a floor-length gown, a midi-length dress, or a dressy pantsuit. Dark colors such as black, navy, charcoal, and deeper jewel tones like emerald. No burgundy for the women. Avoid above the knee if possible. For men, tuxedos, or suits. Dark colors such as black, navy, charcoal, and seller jewel tones like burgundy. *Pants with a nice collard shirt or button up are fine*

Where should I sit?

Answer

The left front two rows is for Nate’s family to be able to view him, the right front two rows are for Brieanne’s side of the family to be able to view her. Anywhere else is free game!

May I bring a +1?

Answer

Unless your invitation lists a plus one, you may not. Only come with the people listed on your invitation.

Can I take and post photos/videos during the wedding?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged ceremony" meaning no phones or cameras. We have hired professionals to capture these precious moments for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them! After the ceremony, feel free to take & post as many pictures/videos as you would like. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag.. #BecomingHoodMcCoy

Are you registered? Where?

Yes. We are registered through Zola.

Alcohol?

Answer

This venue allows us to bring our own alcohol and leave it in the bar area. You may bring your own beer or liquor or coolers to add to the bar. We will not have a bartender, so you will be grabbing your own alcohol. Be mindful of everyone else and don’t clog up the bar area just sitting there. Grab and go. Make sure you have a DD if you will be drinking or call for an Uber. Do NOT drive drunk. Do not come drunk to the wedding and do not drink during the ceremony.

You’re more then welcomed to smoke, we don’t care. Just please try to mask the smell. Do not smoke during the ceremony either. There will be a designated smoking area, please smoke there.

What time does the reception end?

Answer

By 10 pm everyone needs to start getting their things together to leave. Unless you would to stay to help clean up :) We will be doing a “false exit” for picture purposes at 9pm.
