Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Blockville-Watts Flats Road, Ashville, NY 14710
Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Wedding Rehearsal will begin at 5 pm. Rehearsal dinner will begin at 6 pm with food from Ashville General Store (the best pizza and wings!), drinks and yard games following the rehearsal. Rehearsal dinner at Whittier Apple Farm will wrap up at 8:30 pm and all guests are invited to join the bride and groom at The Harbor Hotel for drinks at the Carousel Bar starting at 9 pm.

Ceremony
2:15 pm - 2:45 pm

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
Please arrive to the venue before 2:15 pm as the wedding processional will begin at 2:15 pm. Bus transportation will be provided from the Harbor Hotel and Holiday Inn Express & Suites to the venue for arrival for the ceremony. Pick up times are listed below: Pick up window @ Holiday Inn --> 1:00 - 1:15 pm Pick up window @ Harbor Hotel --> 1:25 - 1:40 pm Drop off @ Whittier Apple Farm --> 2:00 pm The ceremony will take place under the pavilion at Whittier Apple Farm. Please leave your phones and cameras in your bags as it will be an unplugged ceremony well documented by our amazing photographers and videographers.
Cocktail Hour
2:45 pm - 3:45 pm

Bar will be open and live music will be playing for all guests to enjoy!
Reception
4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Entrances, speeches and special dances will begin at 4 pm. Dinner will begin at 5 pm. The band will begin at 6 pm for all guests to enjoy music and dancing. Bus Transportation will be provided back to The Harbor Hotel and The Holiday Inn Express & Suites following the reception. Guests are encouraged to make use of bus transportation whether or not they are staying in a hotel to minimize driving. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in right on route 60 for guests traveling in Chautauqua county looking to minimize driving or for a closer pick up location for a designated driver. Bus will leave Whittier Apple Farm to drop guests off at hotels at the following times: - 8:45 pm - 10:15 pm
