4:00 PM, the ceremony will begin promptly as 4:30 pm.

No, unless your invitation states you may bring a "plus one".

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle service to and from Camelback Resort to the venue. Guests lodging at Camelback are able to use the shuttles. The shuttles to the ceremony site will begin at 3:45 pm.

Yes, please let the bride or groom know of any food allergies. There will be a line to indicate so on your RSVP card.
