We are blessed to already share a home with everything we need. Your presence at our wedding is gift enough! In lieu of wedding gifts, if you would like to make a donation to a cause close to our hearts, please see below. If you do choose an organization to support, please let Sarah and Jeff know (smeva2@gmail.com) so we can thank you! 1) Sarah has worked in refugee resettlement for over 10 years. One of the most joyful parts of welcoming refugees is apartment setup - ensuring that refugee families have a safe, well-furnished, welcoming home to start their new life. Please consider donating to a refugee resettlement organization in your area! Tell us more about the sunset cruise on Friday!

There will be a 2-hour sunset-cruise boat ride from 5:30 to 7:30pm on Friday, Sept 13. The boat will depart from the Yards Marina in Navy Yard (approximate address: 355 Water Street SE. Washington, DC 20003) -- please arrive 15-30 mins early to make sure you get on board! We recommend using the DC Metro, Uber/Lyft, or carpooling to get into DC; for those who drive, there is a pay parking lot nearby, Lot Q, at 4th + Water St SE. There is additional parking in a parking garage at 1212 Fourth Street SE. There is a bar on the boat and guests are allowed to bring snacks & drinks (anything except alcohol). We are planning to provide light snacks and sandwiches and will pick up the bar tab.
