The wedding ceremony will be at 2:30pm. We understand many of our guests are coming from good distances. Feel free to show up anytime after one, but be forewarned, if you're here you might get put to work!
Check the travel section for a detailed description of how to get here and for parking.
Yes, Yes there is.
We've got plenty of open field and a few cleared out spots for a little tent village available to anyone who wishes to camp on our property. The weather in August in Vermont can be a little unpredictable so we highly recommend keeping an eye on the forecast and be prepared for cool/cold overnight temperatures.
Keen of you to notice the river in the background of some of our photos. Yes we live right on the Ompompanoosuc River. We live on the headwaters so it's skinny, shallow, rocky, and cold. Great for the native trouts but not the best for swimming. Though, if it is hot you are more than welcome to throw on a bathing suit, or simply kick your shoes off and wade into the cool waters.
We do not drink, however, we are not about to impose this on anyone else. We will be serving beer and wine at the reception. Please feel free to bring beverages of your own choosing as well.
Yes, Yes it is. However, there is no retail sale at the moment in Vermont.
There really is no fixed end time for the evening. That said, despite being in a rural setting, we do have neighbors and we need to maintain a respectful volume as it gets later into the evening.
