FAQs

Question

When should we plan to arrive in town?

Answer

For those in the wedding party and immediate family—including aunts, uncles, siblings, parents, nieces, and nephews—we recommend arriving Wednesday evening or Thursday morning to allow time to get settled and prepare for the rehearsal dinner. All other guests are also welcome to arrive on Thursday. We plan to gather with out-of-town guests for a casual drink or two following the rehearsal dinner that evening at the Chase Club Bar before turning in for the night.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to allow time for seating. Doors open at 5pm, ceremony starts at 5:30pm.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration with the exception of bride and grooms nieces and nephews. Please contact Lore Hormberg if your in need of a local babysitter connection.

Question

What’s the best way to get around?

Answer

The Coronado is located just 8 minutes from The Chase Park Plaza. Shuttle service will be provided for guests staying at the hotel. For those staying elsewhere, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for a quick and convenient ride. If you prefer to drive yourself, valet parking at the venue is complimentary.

Question

Will I be invited to all wedding weekend events?

Answer

We’re excited to celebrate with everyone! Some events are limited to immediate family and the wedding party. Any events you’re invited to will appear when you RSVP.
