Ceremony
3:30 pm - 4:15 pm

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators.
The ceremony will be held outside in the sun so please feel welcome to wear any sun protectors you need like sunscreen, hats, and/or sunglasses. The ceremony will not exceed 30 minutes. When you arrive, you may park in all parking spaces not reserved or in the overflow parking (overflow is the county parking lot behind the Coweta County Administration building and then downtown street parking). Guests staying at the Sleep Inn hotel will have the option to ride the shuttle bus to the ceremony from 12:15-3:15 pm and back from the reception starting at 8:30 pm. Please note: glass, plastic, food, drink, and smoking/vaping is prohibited on the bus. Guests are also not permitted to move about the shuttle when it is in motion.
Reception
4:15 pm - 9:30 pm

After the ceremony we will serve dinner buffet style and open the bar to toast the couple. Followed by music and dancing. Once the reception concludes at 9:30 pm, we will have a shuttle running from the venue to the Sleep Inn hotel for guests staying at this hotel. All guests must leave before midnight and guests will not be permitted to leave their cars in the parking lot past midnight.
