What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, and jackets with slacks. Jackets are encouraged but optional.

Whats the deadline to book your hotel?

Answer

You have until August 2 in order to book this discounted rate and all rooms not reserved by this date, will be released back into the hotel’s inventory.

How many rooms are in the blocks of the hotel?

Answer

AC Hotel North Hills = 15 rooms Hyatt House North Hills = 10 rooms If for any reason you try to book and there are no rooms left, please let me know and I will add some more to the contract. (bridget.anne.kelley@gmail.com or text me at 518-859-6740)

Can we bring children?

Answer

If you want to bring your children, please let me know— we completely understand. Just let me know before July 20 so we have enough food and highchairs (if needed). So, just shoot me a text or send an email bridget.anne.kelley@gmail.com 518-859-6740 *There will not be babysitters at the reception.

Where do we get the shuttles to the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided from the AC Hotel North Hills and the Hyatt House North Hills prior to the ceremony. We will provide the front desk with updated schedules upon check in.
