What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Ladies should wear formal dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held outdoors in a garden.

Does your wedding have a theme?

Answer

Our wedding does not have a specific theme. Our wedding colors will be candy pink, gold, and cream.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free at Madonna Inn premises.

Yes kids are welcome.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We will be staying at the Madonna Inn hotel. If you would like to book another hotel or Airbnb. We recommend staying at the cities of San Luis Obispo, Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, and Santa Maria. There are some great affordable hotels in the area. Check hotel bookings online. (ie: Expedia.com, etc.)

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is April 10th 2022. Either or works for us.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes.

May I take a centerpiece/candle/flowers home as a souvenir?

Answer

Yes you can.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #CarrValdezWedding so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
