Bridget and Luke had their first date at Cleveland's iconic Malley's Chocolates. They shared ice cream on a carousel and talked for hours. When Malley's closed for the night, the two took a stroll outside to continue talking and laughing. Luke was so giddy that night that he got a speeding ticket on the way home.

In true Luke fashion, Luke wrote and illustrated a book to ask Bridget to be his girlfriend. She enthusiastically said yes. You can view excerpts from the book in the couple's Photo Gallery!

After a bit of convincing, Luke warmed up to the idea of adopting Noodle, the couple's teeny tiny pup. Luke now loves Noodle more than he ever expected to!

Again, in true Luke fashion, Luke designed a live action board game for Bridget to participate in leading up to the proposal. Luke designed "Event Spaces" for Bridget to land on throughout the day that resulted in a scavenger hunt style experience. He arranged for all of her favorite things: a delicious breakfast at First Watch, a Lush shopping spree, Starbucks, a massage, and dinner at one of their favorite restaurants. After dinner, Bridget was surprised with a projector set up to virtually take her to all of her favorite places. Noodle brought out the ring inside a fanny pack that she wore. Afterwards, Luke and Bridget celebrated with their close friends and family.
