Is the Ceremony & Reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will take place amongst the pines with a cocktail hour and reception immediately following the ceremony.

What about weather?

Answer

We are doing an outdoor ceremony, weather permitting- if we have rain we have a plan B at the Covered Viking Church on the same property.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear Semi- Formal Attire. Ladies - we will be walking outside, please consider walking in grass when choosing your shoe wear. ; )

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is at 3:30 - Joe loves being on time so we will be heading down that aisle promptly. If you are arriving after our ceremony begins- PLEASE wait until 4:15 to arrive at the venue- otherwise everyone will see your car coming down the driveway since it is right next to our ceremony site - talk about awkward.

Are Kids Invited?

Although we love everyone's kiddos- this is an Adults only event.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Only if your formal invitation states "& guest", please make sure to RSVP for you both and choose both meals.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any allergies to Bridget and Joseph on your RSVP, and we will be happy to work with the caterer.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, we have plenty of parking behind the Reception Hall, we will also have a shuttle bus service for guests that will go between the hotel and the venue.
