NYS Mandate Effective 12/13/21

Answer

Due to the new NYS mandate, our venue is requiring all guests to show proof of vaccination before they can enter the venue. Please bring your vaccine cards, or your mobile pass on your phone! There will be a security guard at the front door to check you in. Guests won't need to wear masks because everyone will be vaccinated. If you are unvaccinated, you will not be able to attend. We're sorry for any inconvenience, and please let us know if you are unable to attend.

COVID-19 Testing

For the safety of our guests and growing family, we ask that everyone takes a COVID-19 test within two days of our wedding reception. If you test positive or feel unwell before the wedding reception, we ask that you please stay home. Send us a text, and we will fully understand. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us directly. Thank you for your understanding. Your health and safety are our top priority!

We tied the knot on 12/19/2020. No ceremony or vow renewal. It's time to party!

Is there a room block at the hotel?

Answer

Yes! Visit our Travel page to find the hotel information, reservation link, and discount code. The last day to use the discount code is 11/17/2021.

Shuttle Service?

Answer

We’ll have a shuttle to bring you from the hotel to the venue before the wedding, so you can drop your bags and park your car at the hotel. And we'll have a shuttle to bring you from the venue to the hotel after the wedding. The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:40pm.

How far is the hotel from the venue?

It's a 10 minute drive from the venue.

Is the hotel easy to find?

Answer

Yes! The hotel is located within Stony Brook Campus. When you turn into Stony Brook Campus, don't worry! Trust your GPS.

Will the dinner menu be vegan friendly?

Yes! There will be a vegan/vegetarian dinner option.

We love your kids, but we want you to cut loose at our wedding. Drinks on us!
