When should I RSVP by?

Answer

All RSVPs should be received by Monday, April 11th, 2022.

Who is able to attend the ceremony?

Answer

All are welcome to attend the ceremony! Our Mother of Sorrows is an extremely welcoming parish. You are invited to attend to see us exchange our vows. A full Catholic Mass will be held.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 1:00pm. We ask that you arrive 30-45 minutes early.

I'm not Catholic. Can I still participate in the Mass?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love for you to participate. Though the Sacrament of Communion is reserved for practicing Catholics, we invite you to come to the altar to receive a blessing.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is Semi - Formal.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that the reception is adults only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is ample parking at the ceremony and reception venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you prefer not to drive, bus transportation will be provided to the Church, to the reception, and returning to the Holiday Inn - Downtown throughout the evening. Please indicate on the RSVP if you plan to utilize the bus service.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a block of hotel rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn Johnstown - Downtown. Please refer to the Sheehan/Stevenson Wedding when booking.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry can be conveniently found on Zola! We also have a registry at William-Sonoma. It is listed under Bridget Sheehan and Walter Stevenson.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We will have a meal option that is vegan and gluten friendly. However, if you have additional food restrictions, please contact Julie Sheehan (814-242-7409) to ensure we have a meal for you.
