Flight
The resort is located in Playa del Carmen, approximately a 45 minute drive from the Cancun International Airport. If you are traveling internationally, you will most likely land in Terminal 3. As you exit the terminal, you will see several stands for private transportation/taxis. You should have no issues getting transportation from one of these stands — but be aware that the normal one-way price should be $50-60 USD (plus a $5-10 tip, dollars accepted). If they try to overcharge you, you can negotiate to the normal price or check at a different stand. Alternatively, you can book transportation ahead of time using either of the services below (we have used them before and they are reliable). You should NOT have to pay in advance. Both companies have stands outside the terminal as well. meetplaya.com cancunairporttransportations.com While Uber is available, it is not always reliable and you may have trouble with pickups in the airport.

We strongly suggest staying in the Playa del Carmen area - there are many hotel options at a variety of price points within a 15-20 minute drive of our venue.
