There is a room block available at the DoubleTree by Hilton Bristol. The hotel is about 20-25 minutes from the wedding venue. There will be a shuttle service available to travel to and from the venue. If you plan on reserving a room online, for the night of the wedding, Friday, September 4, 2026, don't forget to use the group code “SCW”. You can also call the hotel at 1-800-774-1500 to book a room. Just be sure to mention the SCANLON/CARTER WEDDING. The cut-off date to book under the room block is: August 4, 2026. Check in time for the hotel is 4:00 pm, however you can call the day of to request an early check in time. Early check in is not guaranteed. If the room is available before 4:00 pm, the front desk will let you know and will make note of early check in on your reservation. If you are unable to check in early, you have the option to leave your luggage at the front desk. They will hold it until you are able to check into your room.
