Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We really do not need more stuff. We do have Treat Yo Self and Travel funds on our registry pages if you would like to contribute, but please do not feel obligated.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding guests have access to the gardens all day, so feel free to explore! The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm - there is a short walk, on a paved pathway, from the parking lot to the chapel, so please plan accordingly.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Y'all know Bridget is a bougie bitch, so come dressed to impress! We'd love to see your statement piece - the shoes you've had in your closet forever and you just haven't had an occasion to wear or that tie or jacket you bought at that one place because you loved it, but haven't worn yet. If your taste is a bit more subtle, bring out that fancy necklace or those cuff links! For those that need a bit more guidance... formal cocktail attire. Despite the theme, black is not required!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

No. The capacity for our reception is TIGHT, so unless they are listed on the invite, they cannot come. We know this can be difficult and we appreciate your understanding.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We would like our guests to be able to relax and enjoy themselves without tiny hands grabbing at them all day and night, so please use the time between now and the big day to find the necessary child care to suite your needs.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We do! To make a reservation at The Arlington Hotel and Spa, please call 501-609-2533 and ask for the Coffou/Lopez block. The cut off date for the room block is 14 January 2025. If you prefer to stay elsewhere, you are welcome to do whatever suits your needs best!

Yes. There will be parking at both locations

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is not. Feel free to take a cab, Uber or Lyft if you do not want to drive.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Thursday night - Welcome Reception probably around 5 or 6 until you want to leave. Light snacks will be provided, cash bar Friday - Obvi this is the big show. Saturday night - We'll be reserving a space at one of the local restaurants in Hot Springs. This meal is not provided, however the space will be provided for all of us to hangout. Once we book the venue, we'll make sure to update this information.
