Please RSVP by April 1 to ensure we can accomodate everyone.
The ceremony is a Catholic Nuptial Mass which incorporates the sacrament of Holy Matrimony into the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. The Mass is at the heart of our spiritual lives and we are incredibly honored to be able to receive the Flesh of Christ as we commit ourselves to each other for the rest of our lives. We kindly ask that you respect the sacredness of this liturgy by turning off your phones before you enter the church and remaining silent while in the church, before and after the ceremony.
Only baptized Catholics in a state of grace, meaning, not conscious of having committed mortal sin, are permitted to receive communion. If you cannot receive communion we invite you to receive a blessing by crossing your arms over your chest as you approach the priest/deacon.
Between the ceremony and reception, you have a wonderful opportunity to explore and enjoy Greenville! We recommend starting with Artisphere, the vibrant art festival on Main Street, where you can sip wine and admire local artwork while strolling downtown. If you're feeling tired, take some time to return to the hotel, rest, and refresh before the evening's festivities. For those seeking refreshments, a quick bite, or a caffeine boost, we've curated a list of our favorite local spots on our "Things to Do" page to help you make the most of your downtime.
