Question

Where is the pickup/drop off location for the shuttle?

Answer

Cedar Creek Lodge, 930 2nd Ave W, Columbia Falls, MT 59912 The shuttle bus will arrive at 3:30pm and depart for Great Northern Resort at 3:45pm. There will be an earlier trip back to Cedar Creek Lodge around 9:30pm, and a final one at the end of the reception at 11pm. Please reach out if you have any questions!!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not allow children. Bright side: you can have a night off!

Question

Do we need a reservation to go to Glacier National Park?

Answer

Yes! This is a new requirement starting May 2021. Reservations are needed to enter the park, unless you are part of a guided tour/activity. You can book reservations starting April 29th, so please plan accordingly if you're planning on visiting the park!

I can't find a rental car, what should I do?

Answer

Rental car shortage: another glorious pandemic side-effect. We're sorry for the hassle and potential impact to your travel plans, this issue came about very suddenly. We will be offering a shuttle from Columbia Falls to the venue, so staying in Columbia Falls is the best bet if you're in a rental car jam.

Are there any activities going on besides the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We're going on a half-day whitewater rafting trip the day after the wedding! Everyone is welcome, if you'd like to join you can book here: https://greatnorthernresort.com/glacier-park-rafting/half-day-rafting/ Select book trip under "Half-Day Rafting Trips", and book for July 10th at 10:15am.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Please park in the front parking lot when you pull into the venue from the highway. The back parking is for their rafting buses. Once you park, walk straight up the road on the left side of the parking lot and you will see the path to the venue on your left!
