Yes! A shuttle will arrive at 2:30 to pick up guests at the Holiday Inn Express West Jefferson. It will depart at 3:00 PM sharp to transport everyone to the ceremony. There will be one shuttle making two rounds of pickups and drop-offs.

Summer Formal Attire Guests are encouraged to wear elegant, season-appropriate attire. Men may choose a lightweight suit or dress slacks with a blazer, while women may opt for a sophisticated maxi dress or a polished, floor-length dress. As the venue features a grassy setting, we recommend block heels, wedges, or dressy flats for comfortable footing.
Adults Only Celebration We love your little ones—but this party is strictly for the grown-ups! Think of it as a night off: no bedtime battles, no snack negotiations, just good food, drinks, and dancing.
We kindly ask that only guests whose names are listed on the invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we can’t wait to welcome them too!

We recommend staying at the Holiday Inn Express West Jefferson. As the hotel does not offer room blocks, we encourage booking early. If rooms become unavailable, there are many nearby cabins and Airbnbs ideal for groups. Guests staying off-site can drive to the hotel to catch the shuttle.
