Our wedding will take place on May 29th, 2027 at Basil Place in Chardon, Ohio. The ceremony and reception will both be held at the same location.
Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony start time so everyone can be seated and settled. The ceremony time is TBD.
The dress code is semi-formal / cocktail / garden party attire. Our ceremony will be held outdoors and our reception will be up the hill in the barn but will also be partially outdoors. We recommend comfortable shoes for grass and bringing a light layer for the evening. Obviously, do not wear white, if you want to check with the bride to confirm your attire is appropriate, feel free to text her.
Yes! Parking is available at the venue. You will park by the reception space at the top of the hill and then you'll walk down to the ceremony space. There will be signs and someone to point you in the right direction.
Our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of our flower girl and ring bearer. We appreciate you making arrangements in advance and hope you can enjoy a night out with us!
Yes! Dinner will be served, along with drinks throughout the evening. There will be light refreshments during cocktail hour as well. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP.
Our ceremony is planned to be outdoors. In the event of inclement weather, we have a backup plan so the celebration can continue comfortably.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from using phones during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Feel free to take photos during the reception - we'd love to see your moments!
