Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal evening attire is encouraged, such as tuxedos, suits, gowns, or cocktail dresses. The reception will feature a masquerade theme; masks will be provided for guests who do not bring their own. Please note that Halloween costumes are not permitted.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Yes! A shuttle service will be available for those staying at the Home2Suites hotel in Mt. Juliet. If you are local and prefer to head home after the event, we recommend scheduling Ubers or Lyfts in advance.

Is there parking for at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking in the front of the venue. A gate attendant will direct you where to park.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue no later than 4:00 p.m. to ensure you have time to grab champagne and get seated.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside if weather allows. Cocktail hour and reception will be under a covered, temperature controlled patio.
