Question

What is a lucky red envelope gift that is listed on your registry?

Answer

In Vietnamese weddings, it is customary for guests to give monetary gifts, often presented in red envelopes, known as "li xi." This tradition symbolizes good luck and prosperity for the newlyweds. The amount you give can vary based on your relationship with the couple and your own circumstances. The purpose of these gifts is to help the couple with their future expenses as they start their new life together. However, it's important to remember that your presence at the celebration is far more valuable than the monetary gift. Your generous gesture, along with your support and love, will be deeply appreciated and reflects respect for their cultural customs.

Question

Answer

Parking will be on site for both ceremony and reception. We always recommend carpooling and if you plan on drinking please have a Designated Driver.
