COVID-19 Vaccines are Required to Attend our Wedding. While we were hopeful that things would be back to "normal," we included this information in the invitation & requirements in the RSVP. We are happy to answer any questions. Please check back for any additional updates, as we will be following any regulations and precautions in place at the time of our wedding. Details from the Invitation: We kindly request that all of our guests be fully vaccinated to attend our wedding. It is with particular thought for our more vulnerable loved ones that we have made this decision. We hope you understand our loving intention is for all guests to be safe, happy and able to celebrate with confidence as we take this much anticipated step toward our future lives together. Please see the RSVP card for acknowledgement of attendance and vaccine status. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love and understanding.
There is a wedding room block at the Hyatt Regency just a block away from the wedding venue. Check the travel page for those details. There are a number of other hotel options right in downtown Rochester, depending on what you're looking for. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
The Court Street parking garage is located right next door to the Wintergarden. You can walk right across the small loop drive or there is also an indoor tunnel to walk through that connects the garage to the venue. Just take the elevators from the garage and follow the signs to the Wintergarden / Legacy Tower (formerly Bausch & Lomb building).
Think semi-formal cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, suits or jackets with slacks. Don't forget your dancing shoes!
The goal is to begin promptly at 5:30pm and will be relatively short. There will be seating, so try to arrive a few minutes early for seating purposes.
Not so much. While we love all of the kids in our lives, Fun Uncle Huss and Aunt Nichole want to treat the adults to a night of celebrating sans your wonderful kiddos.
All details are on the events page! We will be hosting some welcome cocktails the night before, a little after party after the party, and an informal brunch-type meet-up for those that want to hang the next day.
You can write in any dietary restrictions on the RSVP card that you don't think is covered in the plated dinner options (ex: vegan, allergies, etc.), or please reach out to us to let us know when you send in the RSVP so we can work with the venue to accommodate. We want to make sure there is plenty of food & drink for all!
