Question

When is the RSVP deadline

Answer

The absolute last day we will be accepting RSVP's will be 10/31/2024.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to the limited space, we can only accommodate guests who have been formally invited on your wedding invites. Please check your invites to see if you are able to bring a plus one. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We love each and every one of your kiddos! However, we have decided on adults-only for our wedding day. Think of our wedding as a fun night out without kids. We greatly appreciate your understanding on this and hope to give you plenty of time to make the necessary arrangements.

Question

Will there be parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! The Eloise has a large paved parking lot with a gravel extension for overfill.

Question

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

There will be shuttle to bring our guest to and from the Grandstay Mt. Horeb and Tru by Hilton West Madison to our venue. You can get more information about the specific hotel you are staying at under the Travel tab.

Question

Do you have blocked rooms for the wedding night?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the Grandstay Hotel in Mount Horeb and at Tru by Hilton West in Verona. Please see the Travel tab for more information about each specific hotel blocks.

Question

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Answer

Yes! The venue is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking and an elevator for our guests to get from the ceremony space to the reception place.
