Bus shuttles depart from Gold Miners Inn Grass Valley @ 3:45pm and 4:00pm. Nearby free parking is located at City Hall (100 E Main St). We strongly advise guests to use shuttles due to limited parking. Return shuttles to Gold Miners Inn depart @ 9:30pm and 11:00pm.

Cocktail attire. NOTE: Our venue has mostly gravel walkways, so we advise against wearing stiletto heels.
Beverages for pre-ceremony will be available at 4:30pm. Ceremony will begin at 5pm, followed by cocktail hour, dinner, and live music! And for friends and family with little ones, our event is baby friendly :) There will be light bites, drinks, dinner, and dessert provided. Have a lovely time! Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available.
