Semi-formal or cocktail attire. Theme is more fall, rustic vibe.

What is the weather like in October in Virginia?
Answer
It will likely be in the 70s (possibly still 80s) during the day and 60s at night.

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
Answer
We have transportation set up to and from The Inn At Charles Town Races. Uber/Lyft is generally available but cannot be promised for the drive home. Car rentals are available.

Is there parking available near your venue?
Answer
There is parking right up front at the venue.
Question
Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
If weather is good, the ceremony will be outdoors. Cocktail hour will be partially indoors and outdoors. Reception will be indoors.

What type of food will be at your wedding?
Answer
BBQ. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know asap.

Will you be live streaming your wedding?
Answer
Yes we plan to live stream our wedding for those whom cannot make it. Links will be sent out as necessary. Let us know if you’d like it!

Can I bring a plus one? How about children?
Answer
Only people listed in your invitation may attend. This is a child friendly wedding- however children will be listed on the invitations as well. Please reach out if you have a child not listed on the invite.
