Do I Need A Passport To Attend?
Answer
Since this is an international trip, you do need a passport valid at least 6+ months past your travel dates. Passport cards are not valid for international air travel. If you have a passport, be sure to check the expiration date. If you don't already have a passport, it is a good idea to apply early to be sure you receive it in time for your trip. Passports normally take 4-6 weeks to process, but have recently been slowed down. We suggest applying a minimum of 6 months in advance as a precaution.

What's Included In An "All-Inclusive" resort?

The rate you pay to stay at Dreams Onyx includes the room, all meals and snacks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages, most entertainment on the property, and non-motorized water sports. Please note that some activities will require an additional fee, such as spa services or private tours and excursions. Guests also have full access to the adjacent resort, 'Breathless in Punta Cana.' However, Breathless guests are not permitted to access our property. Nonetheless, our guests are welcome to enjoy their restaurants, pool, and entertainment facilities.

We completely understand. Just let us know! Our sincerest hope is that no one feels guilty, as you must make the best decision for your family, prior obligations, and your budget. You will be met with total understanding and love from both of us.

Should I Bring Money For Tips?
Answer
Your resort fee includes built-in tips for the staff, so while you are not obligated to tip, it's still a good idea to have some extra cash on hand for additional services or activities that may not be covered. This could include things like spa services, shuttle drivers, bartenders, private tours, excursions, or if you receive exceptional service and want to provide an additional tip as a token of appreciation. It's always better to be prepared, and having some extra cash for tips can enhance your overall experience. We recommend bringing at least $100 per guest for tips ($1-$10).

Can I Bring A Guest Or Kids?

We are so greateful for your understanding and consideration While we adore your little ones and additional guests, we kindly request that only those specifically named on the invitation attend. We hope you can share this special day with us and look forward to celebrating together! Dreams is a Family-friendly resort! However, the wedding and reception will only be for people who were invited on invitation. Dreams does provide a kids club. If you need assistance with these services please contact the resort.
