Brianna & Zach met at Markham Woods SDA Church in April 2021. They were both separately focusing on their relationship with Jesus at the time, and were both content as individuals walking on the path that He laid out for them. However, when they met, it became clear that their paths were meant to cross. Their connection was instantaneous. Through mutual friends and church events, their own friendship quickly began to grow. For Brianna, Zach was someone who saw her for who she truly was - something she sought in a partner. For Zach, he was amazed by the genuine beauty, kindness, and strength of Brianna's heart - he came to admire it more and more with every interaction. They continued to pray for God's blessing for months before pursuing each other. They finally got their confirmation at a mutual friend's wedding in California. God's clarity and approval over their relationship continued to lead the way from that moment forward. The best way they could describe that season was this, "It felt less like dating and a lot more like KNOWING." In this new beautiful chapter, Zach and Brianna can confidently say that they are the best of friends and love each other deeply.
