Trevor proposed to Brianna along these trails. They are open for hikers, horseback riders, fisherman, ATV/UTV riders. Once you get up the bluff and back down towards the water, you will be able to walk along the banks of the Rush River with the bluffs on the other side.
A top tier WI festival. Runs from Thursday, August 14th through Sunday, August 17th. Food trucks, live music, and of course, the El Paso Bar. Events include: Euchre Tournament, Car show, horse trail ride, pancake breakfast, cow float, horse/pony pull, ATV ride, a greased pig contest, bean bag tournament & more. The "Grand Parade" is held on Sunday at 2:00 PM. You will not find another adult parade like this one. Yes, there will be candy, but I promise you won't go home thirsty! Check out the website to see all the activities.
A must stop if you are entering the land of cheese.
If you are looking for a true WI Dive Bar Experience, El Paso Bar & Grill is your stop. Located less than 1.5 miles from Brianna's house, you won't find lower prices on WI Bar food that good anywhere else. Hitchin' Posts out back to tie the horses up while you go in...we have rode & ate here many times. Don't come in a hurry or expect to be treated like royalty!
A favorite of Trevor! Great pasta & wine in a vineyard setting.
Take a Scenic Drive along the Lake Pepin. Particularly beautiful is Maiden Rock south to Alma, WI. Each town has bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, wineries & great dining options. Villa Belleza Winery in Pepin, WI is a favorite of Brianna's. Danzinger Winery in Alma, WI has the best views in the area.
Great tap beers & even better burgers.
