Are kids welcome?

Of course! It’s a party for the whole family!

What is smart casual attire?

Answer

Nice jeans are welcome. Nice dress or even jeans for women as well. We want everyone to be comfortable and be able to focus on helping us celebrate!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be in the barn and in the surrounding area.

Is there parking and is it free?

Answer

Yes there is parking at the venue and it is free!

Is the ceremony and reception wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes the ceremony area, reception area and the bathrooms are all wheelchair accessible.

Can I take pictures of the ceremony and reception and post them online?

Answer

Of course! We would love for everyone to share their pictures. The only request is to tag them with the hashtag #briannaandshane2021 so we can see them all! However, we are asking for an unplugged ceremony, in other words please keep your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We will be happy to share our photos from the photographer with everyone.

Will there be food and beverages at the reception?

Answer

The reception will be catered with BBQ, and the beverage selection will include beer, wine, and an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages. Hard liquor is not permitted.

I have food allergies, can I eat the food provided?

Answer

If you have any questions or concerns in regards to the food, feel free to reach out to me and I will provide you an allergen info sheet.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive half an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.
