Question

When should I arrive in Miami?

Answer

We encourage all guest to arrive a day before embarkation, Tuesday September 16th, to avoid any delays or missing the cruise.

Question

Do I need a passport to attend?

Answer

Yes! Since the cruise stops in Key West, FL and Bimini, Bahamas a valid passport is required for all guests.

Question

How do I book my cabin and RSVP for the wedding?

Answer

To be included in our guest count, please call Virgin Voyages Sailor Services at 954-900-1921 (Monday-Friday 9am - 9pm EST & Saturday 9am - 6pm EST) and give them the wedding code located on your info card or physical invitation. Once completed, please visit the RSVP tab on our wedding website and type in your name to let us know that you will be in attendance.

Where can I find the wedding code and what does it include?

Answer

The wedding code was personally sent out by either Moe or Brianna on digital info cards and included on your physical wedding invitation. If you lost either of these, please contact Moe or Brianna and it will be provided to you. The code redeems 10% off your cabin (excluding Rockstar and Mega Rockstar) and $100 bar tab credit.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Lock-in-rates for the Central Sea Terrance cabins are valid until March 13th. After that, they will be released to the general public and subject to price changes. We encourage our guests to book in advance as cabin space will be limited. The latest booking date is August 3rd, 2025, if cabins are still available.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00 pm local time. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior to avoid being late to the ceremony. No late entries will be allowed.

How do I get to the ceremony venue on the ship

Answer

The ceremony will take place on The Perch, Deck 17. We encourage you to use the directory aboard the ship a day before the ceremony to familiarize yourself with the location. If you ever get lost, a crew member will be more than happy to help you.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Think elegant, yet breezy! We want our guests to feel comfortable as the ceremony will be outside overlooking the ocean. Light, airy, fabrics are best for the tropical setting. Formalwear is encouraged, but no need for black-tie attire. Ladies can opt in for a flowy dresses, and gentlemen can wear linen suits or dress shirts with slacks.

What happens if I can’t make it?

Answer

We’ll miss you!! If you are unable to attend, we completely understand. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can finalize our guest count.
