Question
Are there room blocks available?
Answer
We have room blocks at both the Riverwalk Resort in Lincoln, and the Wilderness Inn in Woodstock. Please see our Travel page for more information.
Question
What is the address for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
The address is 60 Loon Mountain Rd., Lincoln, NH 03251. Follow the signs to the Octogon Lodge, which is where the reception will be held. The entrance to catch the gondola is right next to the reception area (you can’t miss it!)

Will transportation be provided to/from hotels?
Answer
Complimentary shuttle service will be provided from all hotels located in Lincoln, NH to Loon Mountain Resort.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
It’s the end of September in New England so the short answer is…it could be anything. Since we are further north, and will be on a mountain for a short amount of time, it will likely be on the cooler side. Please dress accordingly.

What should I wear?
Answer
We ask that guests please consider cocktail attire when deciding on outfits. Please keep in mind that it may be on the cooler side, and that the ceremony will be outside, so please dress accordingly. We also ask that you consider wearing comfortable shoes that are easier to walk in, as the path leading to the ceremony site is on the steeper side. We don’t want anyone to roll an ankle!

Where is the ceremony taking place?
Answer
On top of the mountain. Literally! Guests will get to take a scenic 10 minute ride in a gondola up the mountain to get to the ceremony site. From there, it’s a short walk down a cement path. Be mindful of the shoes you wear. The path to the ceremony site is on the steeper side; we recommend you wear something comfortable and easier to walk in.

The ceremony is Friday, September 29, 2023 at 4:00 pm.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone has plenty of time to make the trip up the mountain to find a seat. It’s a 10 minute ride up, so please be on time so we can get the party started as scheduled!

What happens after the ceremony?
Answer
Guests can make their way back down the mountain via gondola and head straight to the Octogon Lodge for cocktail hour.

Can I take photos and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Answer
Sure! Our only request is that you PLEASE put your phones/tablets/cameras away during the ceremony. We would like for our ceremony to be “unplugged’ and for our guests to be with us in the moment, not looking through a screen. We have two amazing photographers working with us for the day who will be capturing the ceremony, so sit back and relax and leave the photo taking to them. During the reception, feel free to take photos to your heart’s content!
